Will I watch it again? Nah.

I remember catching this on HBO in the early 80s and feeling unclean by Hauser's performance as the monster pimp, Ramrod. He's a real nasty character. 25+ years later, he's still nasty but the movie isn't. I was left disappointed and wanting more - more violence (what little is there is pretty fucking brutal, though), more nudity and a lot more sleaze like the title would suggest. If it were made in the late 70s it seems like it would have been downright nasty. I'm just sayin'...it would have been nice to come out the other end desperately needing to take a shower. In all fairness, it is worth watching if only for Hauser's performance. He really does play the meanest pimp in screen history. Not something you kids should aspire for, mind you.
