Will I watch it again? Nah. Once was fine.
#29 on Dusk to Dawn Drive-In Trash-o-Rama Show Vol. 1 (part of the TRAILER TRASH PROJECT)
Don't let the pitifully low rating on IMDB turn you off. This flick, aka ALL THE YOUNG WIVES, is pretty damn good! It sounds like a low budget exploitation film. If that's what you're expecting (as I did) you'll be disappointed. But then you may just be surprised at how good it is.
The story is simple enough but it's the dialogue, acting and pacing that'll floor you with how good it is. I'm really stunned, folks. You just don't expect this kind of quality with something marketed so poorly and with such a low budget. It's a drama from start to finish with a few moments of exploitation and nudity. More than anything, as if it's not obvious, I'm just shocked. I certainly did not expect this to turn out so well. I'm almost glad it wasn't an exploitation flick; it might've been worse.
