Goddamn this guy's funny. I only give this one a 7.5 because, while I think it's pretty damn funny, it's not as hilarious as YOU CAN'T FIX STUPID. I dig his delivery and that he smiles a lot. He genuinely looks like he's having just as much fun as the audience and that perception goes a long way in my book.
