Plot: A group of teens decides to have a Halloween party up at the deserted funeral parlor. They accidentally awaken a demon while having a seance. The demon enters the body of one of the women, and soon the teens begin experiencing an attrition problem.

My Rating: 6.5/10

Would I watch it again? As sure as Linnea Quigley gets naked in just about every movie she's ever done.

Here's a nice surprise of a film. On paper it sounds lame.Well, in a way it is lame but the sum of its parts makes it loads of fun. It's loaded with cheese and it's that cheese that gets you through the first half hour or so before the shit hits the fan and we get some great kills and gore.


The highlights:

- Angela's (Amelia Kinkade) dance is great and the music even better.


- And then there's Suzanne's (Quigley) disappearing lipstick trick (done without a single cut/edit - impressive)!













I bet you've never seen THAT in a movie before, huh? Somebody in Hollywood's got an imagination!


While the movie is cliched and it seems like a typical 80s horror, it's not. It's loaded with laughs (many unintentional) and gore. The effects a better than you'd think and it's the only movie that I know of where a woman makes lipstick disappear into her tit. SOLD! Which leaves me wondering...what did they do in the sequels to top that? Think about those possibilities for the rest of the day!
